JAMAICA SPIRITUAL HEALING RETREAT

7 Days | 6 Nights

November 1 - 7, 2026

Starting at $2,950/PP
(Flight not included)

There comes a point on the journey of self discovery when something within you begins asking for more. More understanding. More connection. More truth. More of yourself. For seven days in the mountains of Jamaica, we step away from the noise and create space to go inward, reconnect, and explore what may be waiting beneath the surface. Through ceremony, Rastafari wisdom, nature, spiritual practice, and community, this is an invitation to expand, remember, and rise into who you are becoming.

Your Journey Begins at the Rasta Village

Who is this journey for?

This journey is for the seekers. For those who feel there is more to life than what can be seen, touched, or explained. For those questioning old patterns, searching for deeper meaning, exploring their spirituality, or feeling called toward a greater understanding of themselves.

Perhaps you are at a crossroads. Perhaps you have grown beyond an old version of yourself but have not yet discovered what comes next. Or maybe life is good, yet something within you keeps whispering that there is still more to uncover.

You do not need to be lost, broken, or searching for something to fix. You simply need curiosity, openness, and a willingness to look within.

If you feel called to understand yourself more deeply, expand your consciousness, reconnect with what matters, and explore who you are becoming, this journey was created for you.

About the Rasta Village

The Rastafari Indigenous Village is more than a retreat setting. It is a living Rastafari community created to preserve and share the culture, traditions, spirituality, and way of life of Rastafari. Rooted in principles of natural living, self reliance, community, respect for the Earth, and spiritual consciousness, the Village offers a rare opportunity to experience Rastafari beyond what is often seen or portrayed from the outside.

Here, the land, food, music, reasoning, ancestral knowledge, and connection to nature are all part of daily life. During our stay, we are not simply visitors to Jamaica. We are being welcomed into a community that invites us to slow down, live more intentionally, learn from another way of being, and reconnect with the Earth, with each other, and ultimately with ourselves.

Nourished by nature

Food is an important part of our journey. Throughout the retreat, we will enjoy delicious, freshly prepared Ital cuisine, rooted in Rastafari tradition and the belief that what we put into our bodies should nourish us naturally and consciously.

Our meals will be predominantly plant based, using fresh fruits, vegetables, herbs, grains, and ingredients grown or sourced from the land whenever possible. This is farm to table eating with purpose, nourishing the body while strengthening our connection to the Earth.

But the table is also where community happens. We will gather, eat, laugh, share, and connect over food prepared with intention. Here, nourishment becomes more than a meal. It becomes part of the experience.

7 DAY RETREAT LODGING

Hotel room with a bed, two pillows, two bedside lamps, wooden furniture, a tropical artwork above the bed, and open windows with yellow curtains.
Small colorful houses with wood exteriors, each with a door and windows, on a grassy area with trees in the background under a partly cloudy sky.
Indoor wooden desk with a lamp, a book titled 'Indigenous Peoples,' a small drum, and a woven circular wall decoration. Part of a white pillow and a plant leaf are also visible.

7 Days | 6 Nights Stay

Elegantly decorated cabins will make you feel right at home.

Settle into the simple beauty of life at the Rastafari Indigenous Village. Guests will stay in comfortable, modest cabins surrounded by lush tropical nature, creating a peaceful space to rest, reflect, and reconnect throughout the journey.

The accommodations reflect the spirit of the Village itself: intentional, grounded, eco conscious, and connected to the Earth. This is not about luxury. It is about slowing down, embracing simplicity, and allowing the natural surroundings to become part of your experience.

“Such an incredible experience. As a first-timer, I was a little nervous participating in this retreat, but all of it went away when I met people who were running it. Such a wonderful group of people. Food was delicious, and I miss it a lot. Carey made sure everyone was comfortable and their needs were met. I'm looking forward to next adventures with ThatManlTravels.”

“What can I say? This was a life-transforming experience that just keeps giving. The retreat was comfortable and the staff was very accommodating. If you really want to experience self-care, this spiritual retreat should be at the top of your list. Thank you, Carey Bradshaw, for the amazing person you are. There were no trip hiccups or mishaps.
